Individual Health Insurance

For those who are under age 65,  I help guide and enroll individuals and families into Insurance plans that meet the affordable care act guidelines.   You may enroll directly with an insurance company, or you may enroll through the exchange, which in California is Covered California. 
There is an open enrollment each year, and you may enroll or change your plan. Or if you have a special enrollment qualification, you may enroll under those time guidelines.

I can review the plans, and your qualifications for enrollment and for the amount of the Advanced Premium Tax Credit, also known as the subsidy, for your eligibility.

One other item that is very important is your access to providers, doctors, hospitals etc. where you reside. Some websites will enroll you, without really giving that information to you.

Your ability to obtain coverage that will work for you is my goal.
